GETTING STARTED

Get Started with CrossFit

  1. Sign up for free online or drop in for a Free Week Pass (MUST be a local San Diego resident)
  2. Sign up for a Month-to-Month, 3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month Membership
  3. Jump right into class if you’re ready, or sign up for 1:1 or group CrossFit Foundations (see staff for details)
  4. Become part of a great community with some of the most experienced coaches in the area and make some great new friends!

Olympic Weightlifting Program

  1. Sign up for free online or drop in for 1 Free Olympic Lifting class (MUST be a local San Diego resident)
  2. Sign up for 2 weight training workouts per week or Unlimited Monthly Membership (currently Olympic Lifting membership is Month-to-Month only)
  3. Register for our Olympic Lifting 101 (mandatory unless you have prior experience in Olympic Weightlifting)
  4. Start your Olympic Weightlifting program and become part of a great community!

Powerlifting Program

  1. Sign up for free online or drop in for 1 Free Powerlifting class (MUST be a local San Diego resident)
  2. Sign up for 2 Powerlifting workouts per week or Unlimited Monthly Membership (currently Powerlifting membership is Month-to-Month only)
  3. Sign up for our Powerlifting 101 course (mandatory unless you have prior experience in Powerlifting)
  4. Become part of a great community!

Wellness Program

  1. Sign up for a FREE Wellness Assessment to determine your wellness goals and next steps
  2. Sign up for health foundations course or one of our wellness packages (see staff for details)
  3. Join a great community where we approach health holistically to help you both inside and outside of the gym!
